Pleasant Run Dry Cleaners is not responsible for items left over 30 days.  All customers are required to sign a release form for household items, bridal and formal wear, and any items with embelishments.  Please contact Pleasant Run Dry Cleaners for more information about release forms.  Customers are asked to have pick-up slips with them at the time of pick up.  The 20% off Customer Loyalty card does not apply to laundry or press only items.  Please inspect all items before leaving with it; Pleasant Run Dry Cleaners is not responsible for anything once it has left the store.
